  • My US Citizen wife passed away. i-360 FOR WIDOWER

    Dear Friends,

My wife passed away last november 28,2010. we got married january 17,2009 and we had lived and married outside the USA. I was able to come to the states on a B2 visa, admitted until may 31.2011.

I went to the immigration officer and she told me in my case I can apply for the i-360 as a widower.

My question is. Can I ALSO apply for i-485, i-765, i-131,i-693 and G-325A at the same time? It seems very confusing to me. She told me that I had to apply for the i-360 first and then apply for the others.

I called the USCIS Call Center and they told me I can apply altogether? do you know any experience about this?

I am still in the USA and I would apply from here. THANK YOU.
