Part 2 Question3 Form I-485 : If you are the principal applicant

Hi,
My fiancee and i were married 3 weeks and we are filling form I-485.
We are confused on one question.
Part 2 Question 3:
If you are the principal applicant, provide the following
information.
3. Receipt Number of Underlying Petition (if any)

Since i applied for I-I29 F for fiancee visa and get the I-797 for Petition for fiancee.
We are filling concurently I-485, I-765 and I-131.
Should we leave question 3 blank or provide the receipt number for Petition for finacee ( I-129F)
Please help.

You married within 90 days of the K1 entry, right? Yes, put the receipt number of the I-129F.
