I-864 - Primary sponsor recently unemployed and using intending immigrant income
My USC spouse recently got laid off. She already made >125% of poverty guideline. I have following questions:
1. In "Current Individual Annual Income" field, do we put $0 or the income she already made this year? (Assuming she doesn't find any job for the rest of this year)
2. If we use my (beneficiary and intending immigrant) income, what evidence do we need to include? Is tax transcript for both beneficiary and sponsor for last 1 year sufficient?
