Response to medical RFE + religious waiver (I-601)

Hello,

My husband and I received RFE for the medical. Each one of us received a separate RFE.

We're also planning on filing a religious waiver (I-601).

I have a couple of questions:

1. Can my husband and I mail our medical report in 1 package? Or do we have to send them separately (since they are 2 separate RFE's)?
2. Can we include the religious waiver form (I-601) with the medical? or do we have to send that to a seperate location? To clarify, I'm aware that I-601 has a specific address we should mail it to. But I was wondering if this is not the case in our specific case given what I explained above.
