My parents came to this country with a legal entry, or visa under I-94. but they stay illegally I guess.
Now that I am a US citizen I heard I can send the I-130 and I485 together.
but I don't know what to enter on the apllication type in the part 2 area because they have not been approved just yet. to get the approval noticel thay first have to confirm the I-130. so my question is do I enter option A stating immigrant petition giving immediate visa that has been approved.
