Adjusting Status

Hello Everyone, i will like to get some help as soon as possible because i am confuse. i got here on October 2009 in December of that year i got married we submit the I-130 on the 7th of January, i got the case approved by September 22 2010, i already filled out all the documents required to adjust status my wife is a permanent resident we are Dominicans. i do know that my priority is 07JAN10, but i will like to get some help how to read the visa bulletin, and also if one of you guys know an estimate of how long do i have to wait, i submit the AOS files on December 2nd i just wanna know how long does it takes to get the appointment notice.
