speed up I-485 processing

Hi. I'm an officer with USCIS. obviously this is a throwaway account.

If you're filing for family based I-485, especially as a spouse of child of US Citizen, please send your medical form (I-693) and plenty of documentation to prove your relationship (for the I-130 part of things). If you send these with the initial filing, it should greatly help speed along your (hopeful) approval.

Please don't ask for advice on what to send regarding your relationship. I won't answer.

I applied for I-485 with my son as dependent after VAWA Approval. My son’s I-485 was approved but I’m yet to get an update about mine. Is this normal? What does this mean? Is there a timeline to receive mine?
anyone with this similar experience? I’m very nervous right now.
