pre I-485 filing question and stay in US

Hi,
My country of origin is India and I am currently on L1A and I will be maxing out in May 2025. My current I-94 is valid till Aug 2024, post that I will apply for extension (if scenario permits).
Question: I am planning to file I-140 through premium processing asap. Will I be able to file and get approved EAD and AP on time ? Also will USCIS allow me to file I-485 concurrently ? For India, I-485 is retrogressed so can I continue to stay in US if USCIS allows me to file I-485 and put status in pending with approved EAD and AP ? Can I renew my EAD (infinitely) till the time I-485 gets approved ?

I don't think there is an L1 extension for people with approved I-140s. You will not be able to file I-485 until a visa number is available. And you will not be able to apply for an EAD or AP until you can file I-485.
