In March 2008 I enter Us as a visitor. Within 5 month I got married and my husband added me to his job case for green card. We went through interview but didnt get GC since we had to wait for our turn. Unfor.marrige didnt lasted long and I got a letter from USCIS to leave country by 3rd of December 2010. I got remarry to American citizen on 20th of November 2010.
I know that I was suppost to fille I130, I485, g-325a(2of them), I765, I864. Before filling I stop by at immigration office by ussing infopass and they told me to file just I130 and g-325a and wait for respond since I was already asked to leave US.
I did file I130 and g-325a on what I have just gotten email with my receipt number and was told that I-797 will arrive in 7-10 day and that my application was transferet to my state office.
And now Iam totally lost...what is next? Should I file rest of form or I have to wait till I get an official answer for my I130?
And in instruction to I485 is clearly written that illigal person can not file I485....unless your marrige is real and can be proven....
