Does the US Citizen have to fill out G-325A with AOS papers? (I-130)

Hi,
my wife (U.S. citizen) and I are currently preparing the papers for AOS. When submitting I-130 does the U.S. citizen have to fill out G-325A (biometrics information) completely or just fill in the name and signature???
In the instructions it says "Except for your name and signature you do not have to repeat on Form G-325A the information given on your form I-130 petition.".
Please help!!!

both the wife and husband need to complete 325A and we complete the whole form whether the data is a repeat
