how long to get FP in TSC?

Hi all,
My PD is 07/99, and ND is 01/01, I have not received FP notice yet. It's been 5 months, is this normal in TSC? any advice what I can do?

Is there a way to check what is going on with the application?
I tried to call the number on the receipt, no way to get through during business hours.!!
