Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any experience or recommendations with a hardship waiver or suggestions for a married couple, one being a USC? It is for a J1 waiver due to 2 year hrr (212(e)).
Got denied with No Objection due to the original J1 being government funded (short program, hardly any cost), but already have our I-130 approved and biometrics done during the I-485 before they asking for a waiver.
