We have an InfoPass appointment soon to, we hope, straighten out a mistake made by the case officer (who refuses to acknowledge she is wrong or to help us further).
If we request to see a supervisor when we arrive, what are the chances of actually seeing one? Or will we have to speak with whomever they send us to?
Or is there some other way to get to a supervisor.
We really need to meet with someone who has decision-making power on our application.
