What are my options to re-open a withdrawn I-485

I have an approved I-140 & I-485, I-140 was approved in 2007 and I-485 was approved in 2015. But, I re-located to India in 2014 and was not in the USA when my 485 was approved. So, At that time when USCIS sent the notice to my address on file the notice was returned to them and later on the status shows as application withdrawn.

Now, I am planning to come back to the USA due to office commitments so it would be helpful if there is a way to re-open my case or make use of the priority dates etc.
