I am currently applying for adjustment of status from a K1-visa. I got married on Oct 30th this year and am in the process of filling out Form I-485. My husband, while moving to a new home before we got married, lost the notice of approval for the petition for fiance visa (I-129F). In the instructions for I-485, this document is one of the evidences that is needed. What should we do? We wanted to file for a duplicate copy of the notice, but since we do not have the original copy, we can't do that. Does anyone have any advice on this? Thanks so much.
