I-360 file from another state ?

Hi , everybody , I have question my friend marry with USC . He file allready I-485 interview is pending now my friend facing some problums with this marriege . Bcoz he marry with good faith .now what he do ? Can he eligible for the I-360 ? And if he move in another state can he eligible for the filing I-360 from there ? If he is still Marry he allready filed I-485 but before interview if he wanna file I-360 also is it possible ?
