Somebody knows something like this ??
German, married to an USC since Nov. 09, retired
smooth interview on 07/12/10. Seems to be ok, request just for one missing document, I dropped off the very next day.
Hand delivered from IO Chula Vista: 30 days from the date of this notice a decision will be made.....
Since then still on "initial review", calling the center several times, nobody seems to know, where the file is.. ??
Somebody with similare experience ?
I am waiting my a*** off ...
Files are getting just "lost in space"... I know..

Its been 2 months since i finished my interview and its been 45 days from the day i submitted a missing document.No response yet.
The interview was good and went for 10 min.I dont know what to do.
I need to travel my home country immediately,but i dont know what to do.

i think the USCIS site said something if its over 30 days after interview, you should book an appointment with infopass to check status.
