Hello everyone, i have a weird situation.
I lived in the US till 2015 on H1 and i have my Labour and I-140 approved at that time. my Priority Date - 09/2011. In 2016 i have life US and have settled in Singapore. Now Am trying to come back to the US. Since the date is current for 485 am validating on my options. Can i file my 485 or should get a new job and the employer start from the beginning of Labour and then reuse the PD?
