Change of Status

Hi,

My sister applied for my Green card and now I received request to fill I 130 form("Affidavit of support"). But when I sister applied for GC, I was unmarried and in India. Now I'm currently in US and on H-4 B visa as dependant. Could you please advice what should I do, apply for change of status or change in address or both? Please advice as I'm lost now ?

I don't think you have to fill an I-130. You have to fill an I-485 (Adjustment of Status) and you sister files and I-864 (affidavit of support) form. There are a few more forms also to be filed along with the I-485.
