Is a new biometric for every case submitted for example i filed for 1-485, EAD,AP all together. I just received notice to appear for biometrics, does that cover all?

There's probably two barcodes on the notice---EAD and AP case numbers. Sorry I've totally forgotten...maybe it's AOS and EAD case numbers because the AP will use the passport photos you mailed in. Anyway they will scan those two barcodes at the appointment and it will take care of everything you need.
Most people are successful doing an earlier date "walk-in" at their service center once they have the appointment letter to show. If it's not a long drive for you and you want to speed things up, you can try that. If they are too busy they could turn you away, but most people report successfully going days or weeks earlier than their appointment. -
