I am not using a lawyer so I was wondering for applying through marriage with an american citizen if I need to apostille the divorce certificate of my past wife, and if I can make the translations in my home country Colombia.

If you are applying fora 129f petition to be granted a K1 visa to come to America to marry US citizen then all divorce decrees are required to be sent in with paperwork
