Hi there, I am a US citizen and would like to petition my parents for permanent residency. I was wondering which route is best to take - adjustment of status or consular processing? Which one is faster? What are the pros and cons of each?
My parents have clean records with no criminal history. They’ve maintained their tourist visas for decades now and are granted 10-year multiple entry every time they renew.
