Query Regarding I-485 Interview Process and Attorney Attendance
Hello,
Could you please advise if there are specific reasons for being called for an interview regarding the I-485 application? None of my colleagues who have had their green cards approved mentioned undergoing interviews. I'd like to know if there are specific triggers prompting USCIS to request an interview or if it's random. Should being called for an interview cause any concern? Additionally, would it be advisable to attend the interview with an immigration attorney?
