Hello,
I am a Canadian citizen currently on a TN visa, and my employer is assisting me with my green card application. My I-140 has been approved, and I have submitted the I-485, I-485J, I-765, and I-131 forms.
Q. Could you estimate the expected time frame for my green card approval? (The priority date for my I-485 is August 10, 2022)
According to the May 2024 visa bulletin, they are currently processing priority dates from November 2022 (assuming I am in category 3).

Additionally, I have been asked to provide more documents to support my I-485 application. I hope this won't negatively impact my case.
