We applied for GC for Parents with initial application requesting GC interview at London Embassy. But Father just passed away and we have brought Mother to US (ESTA visa waiver) as we did not want leave her alone in UK.
We just submitted D260 form for Mother and since she is currently in US, is there a way to have her GC interview at local USCIS office in US? If so, what is the exact process to do this?
