About interview at US consulate. I live in the US. I-485 page 4 part 3 Item 3

I came to the US on humanitarian parole last year. While being here a resident visa became available for me in the F4 category. While preparing my forms to file for Adjustment of Status(AOS) the US consulate scheduled me for an interview. I replied to them that I was going to file for AOS with USCIS therefore I could not confirm attendance at the interview.

QUESTION:

How do I answer the following question on the I-485 form, page 4, Part 3, Item 3




I was scheduled for an interview, the answer is "YES" that I have applied for an Immigrant Visa

About the decision on Item 3 being "approved, denied, refused or withdrawn", it does not seem that any of them apply, I simply could not attend the interview and I am filing for AOS with USCIS

Does anyone have a suggestion?
