My 485 was filed and medicals were also submitted responding to RFE. I have scheduled a travel to India in the next 2 months, and have couple questions
Is it advisable to travel to India if your final action date becomes current?
How long will USCIS take to issue your GC once final action date becomes current? Do they issue it immediately or will it take longer?
My PD is Nov 2012 . As per Aug 2024 bulletin, EB2 is at 15JUL12 and EB3 at 22OCT12 and I have applied 485 on both.
