A quick question regarding Adjustment of Status

Hi all,

I applied for my daughter who lives in Germany for an F-3 family immigration visa this year. She lives in Germany with her husband and kids, they are all German citizens and can visit USA at anytime. I wanted to know if they qualify for adjustment of status if their priority date is not current yet and won't be for a long time if they legally enter US and file for adjustment of status. Thanks!

They cannot file for Adjustment of Status until a visa number is available for their priority date according to USCIS's AOS filing chart.
