Marriage based AOS

Arrived in US in 2007 - Was on H1B / Employment LPR priority date was 2010 on EB2 .
Married USC in 2019, and had concurrent employment based + marriage based LPR applications. chose the marriage based one to proceed.


December 26, 2019 : Filed 485/130/765
January 30, 2020 : Biometrics taken
February 18, 2020 : RFIE issued
May 7, 2020 : USCIS receives my additional evidence
July 2, 2020 : USCIS is ready to schedule
July 13, 2020 : EAD Approved
July 28, 2020 : EAD Received by me.
February 22, 2021 : Interview for AOS scheduled
March 25, 2021: 485/130 all approved and cards issued
March 29, 2021: Card Was Delivered To Me By The Post Office

February 21, 2023 : I-751 filed, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence.
March 15, 2023 : 24 month extension issued for original GC/LPR
June 16, 2024 : Applied for N400
August 6, 2024: Combo Interview scheduled for 765 / 400
September 10, 2024: Successful Combo Interview - 765 and 400 approved concurrently . Oath ceremony scheduled.
