Hey!
While following up on the I-485, which date is more important - the ND or the RD?
I am in EB1 category and my PD is current. My RD is Feb 5, 2001 and the ND is Feb 23, 2001. My FP was done first week of April. I have also recieved my AP (last week of March) and EAD (second week of May).
I have heard something about it taking shorter time in CSC in the recent months. Is this true? How/where could I find out?
An answer would be appreciated!
