I have applied for I-485 based on extraordinary ability I-140.
The last I've done was biometrics and since then haven's received anything from immigration,me or my lawyer. He said that everything was ok, but its not cause I am outside the processing time by 2 months. I was suppoused to receive working permit back in November.
What can i do now,is that good or bad, and what can happen??
Immigration told me that I will contacted from my jurisdiction office in next 30 days.
