I-485. Page 7, part 5, question 10: "Is your current spouse applying with you?"
I have searched in various online forums, and I'm surprised that this question doesn't have a clear answer.
Context:
My daughter will be turning 21 very soon, and we, her parents, after she completes and submits the I-130 form, will apply for AOS I-485. On page 7, part 5, question 10: "Is your current spouse applying with you?" Is this question related to derivative benefit cases?
My wife and I will apply at the same time, two separate application packets that differ from each other but all within one large envelope. I can't find a clear answer on whether I should answer "yes" or "no."
