My bf became a US citizen in June 2022 & got divorced in December 2022. He became citizen using the 3 year rule of marriage. We started dating each other last year. We are planning to get married next year in 2026 and apply for my AOS i am already in US on student visa. What are the possible risks? Should we wait more? Thank you for your replies
