Hello. My daughter tries to fill up form I-90 and got tricky question number 4: List location where you become a permanent resident? How we can remember, if it was twelve yeas ago, we got green card by mail to Salmon ,Idaho, 83467 on October, 1998. It could be sent from Lincoln,NE or Omaha, NE or Helena, MT.What address is right?
