I-485 approval from Compelling circumstances EAD

I was previously on H1B and had to apply for compelling circumstances EAD after I lost my job in 2024.
Now I'm married to a US Citizen. Am I able to apply for I-130 and I-485 while on a compelling circumstances EAD?
