Dallas Biometrics
Hello,
I was in F-1, maintaining my legal status (I'm still maintaining my F-1 through enrollment in required credit to maintain F-1 status). I'm married to USC and living together. I filed I-485, 130, 131 and 765, received by USCIS Oct 22, 2010. Got RFE for I-864 on Nov 15, 2010. Replied for the RFE to USCIS on Nov 30, 2010.
My travel document, I-131, was approved on Jan 14 and already got the documents on hand and I'm waiting for the biometrics to be taken. I was talking to my friends, who went through the same process, and they mentioned about a big delay in Dallas Application Support Centers (ASCs, for the biometrics). Has anyone hear anything about the delay who applied from Dallas?
After RFE submission, normally how long does it take for the biometrics scheduling?
My application are through MSC.
Any kind of information are greatly appreciated.
