  • AOS Situation Please need help

    Hello everyone can somebody give me at least some info about this?

    I-130 submited on 01/07/2010
    I-130 Approved on 09/22/2010
    on December 7th USCIS received the AOS Package
    on the 29th Receive Appointment Notice to Application Support Center

    My priority date is 07JAN2010

    I just want to know how much do i have to wait in order to get the Interview Notice. and also will be this the appointment for the Green Card or the EAD?

    Thanks any information will be very appreciated.

        Your interview will be for your GC and not EAD. In some cases people receive their EAD before the interview date and in some cases they never receive their EAD but get their GC after the interview. Collect all your proofs, pictures, wedding documents, bills, insurance, bank statements, lease or mortgage papers. If your marriage is legit and you have no prior serious offenses, you are good to go.

          an appointment notice for the apllication support center is in regards to biometrics which is fingerprinting. there won't be an interview as they are always held at the local uscis office of where you reside. you don't have to actually wait for the appointment date, just show up with the letter to the location stated.
