I got my H1 petition approved in 2008 and valid till Sep'11. I was on L1B when H1 petition approved. I never used till Jul'10. Meantime I went back to India and processed my L1A and came on Jan'10. In Jul'10 my H1 employer applied for Adjustment of status for L1 to H1 thru premium processing and it was denied.
Now my H1 employer is asking me to go to India to get H1 stamped.
1. If I go to India, can I go for H1 Visa stamping?
2. Is it possible to transfer my H1 to another employer?
Any other suggestions? I am still continuing in L1 and looking for H1 transfer
