I often travel to US with my B1/B2 Visa representing my company for a business transaction in.
My sister is USC and had already filed I-130 for me.
Q: Am I qualified for AOS (I-485) Permanent Residence? Pls advice. regards..

No. Once your priority date is currently, you may file. It takes around 10 years from the date of filing.
