what will happen if i dont go to the interview?
ok. this is my situation. i came to the USA one year ago on a tourist visa but six months ago i got married to this girl that that i dated for two and a half year while i was here and gone out of the country before i got married. now we are getting divorce because she lied all about our marriege things and keept secrets from before we got married that i should of have must known about. well, i have an interview with the immigration and this was supposed to be our first interview as a couple but if we are getting divorce we cant go together.
so, whats going to happen to me if i dont respond back to them?
please help asap.
