I would appreciate any advice or experience.
Me and my two children had been in the US for 6 years, legally, on F1 and F2 visas, when I met my husband. We got married in 2007, when he was a resident only, and my children were 15 and 16. He became a citizen in September 2010 and we sent in the 3 applications at the end of October 2010. A month later we got a notice that some documents were missing,we sent those too at the end of November. We went for fingerprinting on 10 January 2011, and got our EAD cards 3 days later.Since January 13, 2011, which was almost 4 weeks ago, we have not received anything. My question is twofold:
1. how long does it usually take after FP (Massachusetts) to get invitation letter for interview, and
2. do they interview the children as well (who are now 19 and 20), do they ask them also questions?
and sorry, 3. is it possible that they will still request some more information , even after fingerprinting and EAD cards received?
Thank you in advance for any encouragement.
