I am currently a RN and have filed for green card in eb3 category. I have more than 5 years of experience now and wanted to know if it's possible for me to switch into the eb2 category. I have an EAD and wanted to know if that is the same thing as labor. If i do file for eb2 category do I need to file with a new employer? Thanks.
