  • AOS without interview?

Married to legal resident 4 years ago, he became US citizen 5 months ago, we filed for AOS 4 months ago after he got his citizenship, got fingerprinted, got AOD, waiting for interview letter.
Is it possible that we are not going to be called for I-485 interview, since we have been married 4 years?

I am confused as to how he became a citizen before his AOS? You have to be a permanent resident,(GC) for 3 years to apply for citizenship.
So this I am baffled about. If your case has been transferred to CSC then it is possible you wont have an interview as long as all your evidence was accepted and you didn't receive and RFE.
Not knowing is the hard part but it is just a waiting game.

        Hello

he was already a permanent resident when we got married, I was an F1, and when he got his citizenship 4 years after his green card, thats when we filed for AOS.

Oh ok I got you now you are filing AOS for you then yes if it has gone to CSC you may not get an interview. I am hoping the same for me.

            Interview date

I just got our interview date- march 14, 8:30 am.
I am already excited! I am wondering what (if any) questions they are going to ask from my children, who were 15 and 16 at the time of the marriage, and now they are 19 and 20. They are a little nervous.
