AOS Approval

Hello everyone i just wan to say thanks for all the valuable information that you guys posted on this forum.

Today i got an update on my case my I-765 was approved they told me that within 30 days i will be receiving on the mail my EAD. Thanks God

But i just want to know how much time does it takes to get the approval of the I-485 and what will be the next step to be followed, any information will be really appreciated.

I am Dominican my wife too we under the F2A category my I-130 was Approved on September 22nd 2010 we sent the AOS Package on December 7th and my I-765 was approved February 15th. how much longer do you guys think that i have to wait?. thanks again and God Bless

Very soon you ll get appoitment for interview...I apply in november. I first got notice for interview for OS (in january), and after 3 weeks I got EAD,and interview I had in february....

AOS are taking at least 4-5 months at the moment. There is no set rule for who gets interview and approved first its just a waiting game.
