I-130 confusion - Need help

hi, I am going to apply I-485 and I-130 (my USC wife).
I entered the country long time ago as J1 visa and now I have H1B.
In I-130, C14 it says:
If your relative is currently in the US complete the following: he or she arrived as a [space to complete either visitor, student, stowaway, etc]

What should she write there? my first arrival to the country (J1) or my last entry to the country (H1B)?

you just have to write your last entry to the country either way they will know once they get all your information they just wanna make sure you are filling the form as honest as possible
