Question on interview day

Do I need to renew my passport to show on the interview day. I not have any plan to travel to any where its expire since 2000

yes you have to because they need to stamp your passport in case you need lo leave the country before you get the GC.

My interview is coming in 3 weeks and look like not got to maked on time.

where are your from? you can talk to your embassy if there is one here and ask them if they have a fast, or expresso to update your passport i am from DR and on my embassy they do it the same day
