I485 pending, Spouse F1 want to apply I485 and EAD/AP

Hi,

I am currently in I485 pending. My wife is a F1. Can she directly apply for I485, EAD and AP, or does she need to transfer to H4 first? Also, she just used F1 to travel and enter US. Does it matter? Does she need to wait for 90 days before I485 application?
