2 different PDs on I-140 approval and Interview Letter for I-485
Hi all,
I am in a really strange situation- I have 2 different PDs.
1) PD on my i-140 approval is June 30 2005
2) PD printed on my initial interview letter for I-485 is Aug 16, 2007
Biometrics done Nov 2007
AOS Initial Interview done June 2010
FingerPrint done Aug 2010
EB3 rest of the world
Currently work on my 3rd EAD
I am torn and confused b/c 2 PDs are two years apart. Anyone have the same issue like me? Which PD is the one I should go with? Please guide. Thanks so much!
