Misspell my mom name in the pass.

Hi,

Now I am going to submit I-485 for my mom. All my documents are matched with my mom passport name.

But in the pass, when I applied K1, marrige cert, citizen, I misspelled my mom name.

Should I mention about this? If yes, do I need to have any documents to support.
