I filled my I-485 when the priority date became current(my PD was May 2010)
and now the visa bulletin says the PD is April 2007.
Me and my husband went for the interview on march 9th and the VO said my I-485 will be in pending state as the visa number is not available right now and i have to wait for 2 to 3yrs more.
What i don't understand is i filled my I-485 only when the PD became current now that it went backwards should i have to wait till be moves forward.(mine was already current right).
